The Task Force was created in August of 2006 with the intent of addressing youth and substance abuse in Hubbard County.  The Task Force is represented by many sectors including: Human Services, Mental Health, Law Enforcement, School, County Government, Ministerial, Parents and Youth.   Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month.

Mission Statement:

“To significantly reduce underage use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs for youth living in and attending school in Hubbard County.”
