The Task Force was created in August of 2006 with the intent of addressing youth and substance abuse in Hubbard County. The Task Force is represented by many sectors including: Human Services, Mental Health, Law Enforcement, School, County Government, Ministerial, Parents and Youth. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month.
The Chemical Health Coordinator for Hubbard County is Sara Bowles. Her office is located within the office of HAPA at 322 Main Ave South, Suite 2, Park Rapids.

Mission Statement:
“To significantly reduce underage use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs for youth living in and attending school in Hubbard County.”
